  • What is Brazilian Jiu Jitsu?

  • What programs do you offer?

    Fast Lane Jiu Jitsu has classes for everyone at all levels. From no experience to seasoned competitors. Our programs include classes for All Levels of Adults, Adult Comp Team, Kids Comp Team, Advanced Kids, Fundamental Kids, and Tiny Champs.

  • What should I wear to my first Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class?

    You should wear comfortable, athletic clothing such as a dri fit workout shirt and shorts or leggings. We have gi (uniform) to borrow for your trial classes.

  • What is the minimum age for kids?

    We offer classes to kids as young as 4 in our Tiny Champs program. Where we teach a valuable lifelong skill, balance, coordination, respect, following directions, confidence and more.

  • Do you have a competition team?

    Yes! Adult and Kids Competition Team. We attend local tournaments and travel out of state to compete. We have many competitions available to pick from throughout the year. Great way to set a goal.

  • How many classes should I attend to improve?

    The only way to get better at Jiu Jitsu is to train Jiu Jitsu. We recommend at least 3 classes a week to increase your skill and ability to remember techniques.

  • Do I need to have any experience or physically fit for Jiu Jitsu?

    Not at all! Classes are beginner friendly. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a sport that can be enjoyed by people of all ages and fitness levels. Whether you're young or old, fit or not, our school is dedicated to helping you achieve your goals and reach your full potential as a practitioner.

  • Do you have a womens program?

    Absolutely! We have a Womens Only class that is taught by Coach Sienna. The environment is welcoming and encouraging each other to grow. Forming strong bonds and focused on uplifting each other. We have a strong women group which allows us to train in other female training partners in all classes.
